Goal of the Annual Elbert County Youth Art Competition
is to encouraging youth to express themselves creatively about their passion and love for Elbert County, the State of Colorado, and the United States of America. We support youth in developing their artistic gifts and talents and provide a venue for them to do so through an annual youth art competition.
In addition, the event is a fundraiser for the next year. Friends, family, and community members will have the opportunity to purchase youth art prints and reproductions on various commemorative items.
Republican Liberty Ladies of Elbert County is a member of Colorado Federation of Republican Women.
